Vasisthasana flow

A fluid practice designed to build towards a more spacious and expressive Vasisthasana (Side Plank). We'll strengthen the side body, awaken the obliques and shoulder stabilizers, and gradually open the hips and hamstrings to create greater freedom in the pose. Expect creative transitions, deep side-body activation, and mobility work that helps you feel both strong and expansive. A balanced flow that explores stability, flexibility, and the art of opening from the inside out.
