Backbend Lab - Dropbacks

This class is all about finding strength, courage, and fluidity in your dropbacks. We’ll start by awakening the spine, shoulders, and hips with a dynamic warm-up to build mobility and control. From there, we’ll move into drills that strengthen the legs, core, and back muscles so your body feels supported as you explore the art of moving in and out of backbends. You’ll learn techniques to approach dropbacks step by step - building confidence whether you’re working on standing backbends, controlled descents to the mat, or coming back up with power. Expect a balance of strong engagement, breath awareness, and playful exploration that will leave you open, energized, and inspired.
